At Green Roads, we have always been committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. That is why we are committed to remaining transparent about our products and practices giving our users a clear look at what sets Green Roads apart from all other companies.
This is how Green Roads complies with all industry standards including all federal and state laws:
Purity and Quality
Due to the growing popularity of CBD products, many companies have recently jumped on the CBD wagon hoping to turn a quick profit. With no industry experience and without a qualified team, many of these companies fail to meet basic quality standards. In fact, some brands do not even offer real CBD.
At Green Roads, we believe product purity and quality are vital when it comes to building a strong, long-lasting relationship with our customers. That is why we have gathered a team comprised of the most qualified experts and dedicated professionals with years of industry experience. As a result, all Green Roads products are pharmacist formulated and third-party lab tested by Desert Valley Testing to ensure each product meets purity and quality standards. Green Roads follows all regulations with regards to sourcing, processing, and manufacturing CBD.
As proof of our commitment to quality and transparency, all Green Roads products now include QR codes on their packaging that redirect users to third-party lab results.
At the federal level, there is no piece of legislation more critical to the hemp industry than Section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill. This section addresses the cultivation and processing of hemp and hemp-derived products by stating that in order for hemp to be federally legal, the grower must be working together with a research institution in a state where growing and cultivating hemp is legal.
Green Roads complies with section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill by having forged relationships with the University of Florida College of Agriculture and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, who oversee all our cultivation and research efforts.
The 2014 Farm Bill defines industrial hemp as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a [THC] concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.” Hence, all Green Roads products contain no THC effectively complying with this definition.
CBD laws vary by jurisdiction and can be very confusing even for companies with years of experience in the industry. Our qualified experts at Green Roads are continually working hard to stay up to date with any changes in state laws regarding CBD. For example, did you know CBD became completely legal in Kansas in the summer of 2018?
